Globally, women have fewer opportunities for economic participation than men. Opportunities should be granted to women who want to go in for our TVET policy.

Guaranteeing working women Four months of maternity leave and giving them opportunities to reach their full potential is critical not only for attaining gender inequality but for them to contribute meaningfully to the country. These will create a rippling effect that benefits everyone.

We hope our incoming Vice President H.E. Prof Naana will be a shining star to women.
