The victory of the NDC is coming Again. But this Time it is coming like Volcano. But Please consider this my observation and suggestions I believe it will be of help thank you. problems most Ghanaian urban youth faces includes 1. The number of years to pay rent Advance Please can you assure as of enforcing rent control to take rent advance at most one year. Because the cost of renting makes living very hard for the youth. 2 The sharing of electricity meters. Please if you can ASURE as you will amend the process of electricity meter acquisition. The process is lengthy and tedious as a result some unscrupulous people have used that as an avenue in fraudulent activities. Why should one pay for an electricity meter after all the meters are prepaid so why wouldn’t the acquisition process be eased.

Having individual meter is a whole lot of freedom and saves electricity in the end.

The procedure is lengthy because there are corrupt elements within the chain. They will do anything to frustrate the client to pay bribes. We should look at that as well.

This government has neglected the rent control Department leaving it to it's own fate. The next NDC government will restructure the Department to accommodate all these concerns.

State institutions under the NPP government has lost grips because of interference from the government. No institution is independent under this government.
